Do I need a LiveBarn subscription?
No. A LiveBarn subscription is not needed to receive a ClipMyGame delivery or watch it through the delivered experience.
What details help find a moment faster?
Send the arena and rink, date, game time, period and clock time, score, player details, team color, and what happened in the play.
Profiles
What is a Player Profile?
A Player Profile is a public page for highlights, Clip Vault access, Available Clips, sharing, claiming, secure editing, and quick access.
How do I claim or edit my Player Profile?
Use the email from checkout to confirm the profile is yours, then use the secure claim or edit link provided by ClipMyGame.
Clip Vault
How long are clips stored?
Delivered clips remain connected to their private watch pages and profile access whenever available.
Available Clips
What are Available Clips?
Available Clips are paid, bonus, or free clip credits connected to your customer email or Player Profile. Unused purchased clips never expire.
Downloads
Can I download my highlights?
Use the download option when it appears on your delivered highlight. Not every historical or external clip is guaranteed to include one.
Payments
When do I pay for a clip request?
Submit your clip request first, then complete payment manually through the existing flow using PayPal, card through PayPal guest checkout or Shoppy, or Interac where applicable.
How much does a ClipMyGame clip cost?
A single clip is $2.99 USD ($3.99 CAD). Packages lower the price per clip: 3 clips are $5.99 USD ($7.99 CAD), 5 clips are $7.99 USD ($9.99 CAD), and 10 clips are $12.99 USD ($14.99 CAD). Unused purchased clips never expire.

Is the giveaway a guaranteed free clip?
No. The giveaway is a draw, and one winner is picked for the current draw. If you need a highlight now, use Get a Clip Now.
Get a Clip Now ->How do giveaway entries work?
Each email receives one base entry per draw. Bonus entries may come from a Player Profile, weekly check-ins, and referrals.
How is the giveaway winner contacted?
One winner is picked for the current draw and contacted by email. No LiveBarn subscription is needed to receive the ClipMyGame delivery.
