Start with the game details
Include the arena and rink, game date, start time, period and clock time, score, and any other details that identify the correct game recording.
If you are unsure of an exact value, provide your best estimate and label it as approximate.
Use the game clock when possible
The period and clock time are the fastest way to narrow down a play. Say whether the time is shown on the scoreboard, elapsed time, or an estimate from the start of the period.
When no clock is visible, describe what happened immediately before or after the play so the search has another reference point.
Identify the player
Include the player's jersey number, team color, name, and position when known. If both teams wear similar colors, add a bench side, direction of play, score, or another visual detail.
For a goalie, include the jersey color and which net they were defending.
Describe the clip you want
Use a short description such as goal, save, assist, hit, penalty, shift, or celebration, then explain what should appear before and after the key play.
A useful request might say: blue jersey 17 scores from the left circle with 4:12 left in the second period; include the setup and celebration.
What happens after you submit
Choose a package of 1, 3, 5, or 10 clips and submit the request first. Payment is completed manually afterward through the existing payment flow.
Available payment options may include PayPal, card through PayPal guest checkout or Shoppy, and Interac where applicable. Your request can then be reviewed and fulfilled without changing the existing order process.
