When a download is available
Downloads are available from delivered highlight and watch experiences. Use the download option when it appears on your delivered highlight.
Not every historical or external clip is guaranteed to have a download option. If it does not appear, continue using the delivered watch experience.
Start from the watch page
Open the delivered highlight from its watch experience or from the Clip Vault on your Player Profile. Choose Download when the option appears and allow the file to prepare.
Preparation time can vary by device, browser, connection, and clip length. Keep the page open until the download begins.
Returning through your profile
Your Player Profile is the easiest route back to delivered highlights when you no longer have the original delivery message nearby.
Open the Clip Vault, choose the highlight, and use the available watch or download controls from there.
Save the file somewhere familiar
Save downloaded files somewhere you can find them later, especially before editing or posting a highlight.
Downloads often appear in your device's Downloads folder or browser download list. Your private watch page remains the easiest place to return to the delivered clip.
