Choose a clip package and submit the details for the clip you want. Include the arena and rink, date, game time, period and clock time, score, team color, jersey number, and a short description of the play.
The request is submitted first so ClipMyGame has the information needed to identify the requested play.
2. Complete payment
After submitting the request, complete payment through the existing payment options shown by ClipMyGame. Payment remains separate from the initial request submission.
A confirmed payment allows the request to continue into review without changing the existing checkout or order process.
3. Clip review
ClipMyGame reviews the request details and the available footage to locate the correct game and requested play. Clear timing and player information helps this review move accurately.
If a detail is approximate, label it clearly and include nearby events that can help identify the play.
4. Fulfillment and delivery
Once the requested play is found and prepared, ClipMyGame fulfills the request and sends the delivery through the existing delivery process.
The delivered highlight includes a watch experience where you can return to the completed clip.
5. Player Profile connection
Delivered highlights can connect to the player's public Player Profile. The profile provides a lasting path back to watch pages, Clip Vault activity, and Available Clips.
Future deliveries can continue building the same profile when they are connected to the same player.
