What Available Clips are
Available Clips are unused clip credits connected to your customer email and Player Profile. Your balance may include paid clips, bonus clips, and free clips.
Unused purchased clips remain available in your Player Profile and never expire.
How clips become available
Purchased clips remain available when they have not been used. Bonus and free clips may also appear when they have been added to the customer or Player Profile.
Using the same email and returning through the connected Player Profile helps ClipMyGame show the correct available balance.
How profiles connect everything
Your Player Profile brings Available Clips, delivered highlights, and Clip Vault activity into one customer-facing destination.
If you are returning later, find the profile using the email from checkout or your Profile ID, then review the Available Clips section.
Redeeming an Available Clip
Choose the request action from the Available Clips area and provide the arena, date, period, clock time, team color, jersey number, and a description of the moment.
Redemption means using Available Clips to request another highlight. Your request is confirmed by email before fulfillment.
Redeemed clips may become reserved while the request is being fulfilled. Reserved clips reduce your available balance while your request is being fulfilled or until it is cancelled.
