Your unused clips do not disappear after one game
When you purchase more than one clip, each unused purchased clip stays connected to the customer email and Player Profile. You can use it for a future game when another moment happens.
Unused purchased clips never expire, and you do not need to choose every moment at the time of purchase.
Where to see your balance
Find your Player Profile and open the Available Clips section to review the clip credits currently connected to you.
Returning with the same email or Profile ID helps ClipMyGame locate the correct balance.
Using a credit later
Redemption means using Available Clips to request another highlight. Start from the Available Clips action and provide the game details for the new moment.
Your request is confirmed by email before fulfillment. The redeemed clips may become reserved while the request is being fulfilled. Reserved clips reduce your available balance while your request is being fulfilled or until it is cancelled.
