Submitting the request does not change the normal payment or fulfillment process.
Payment is confirmed
Complete payment using the existing payment instructions provided after submission. Once payment is confirmed, the paid request can continue through review and fulfillment.
Keep the same customer email connected to the request so the order, delivery, and Player Profile can be matched correctly.
The footage is reviewed
ClipMyGame checks the available footage using the arena, date, period, clock time, score, player details, and play description you supplied.
This is a review process, not an automatic clip generator. Accurate details help identify the requested play.
Your highlight is created and delivered
After the correct play is located and prepared, the completed highlight is sent through the existing delivery process.
The delivery provides a watch page for the highlight and any available actions connected to it.
Your Player Profile is updated
When profile information is available, the delivered highlight can appear in the Clip Vault on the connected Player Profile.
The profile gives you a reliable place to return after the original delivery message is no longer nearby.
